A husband and wife duo team of two, decided to jump into the retail world in a small city called Frankfort. With pretty much zero experience under their belts, they poured their hearts and sweat into making their dream a reality. And guess what? People loved it! They created a cozy shop that soon became a local favorite.

Incredibly, just nine months after opening, they even won the Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year award! Talk about an adventure!

Fast forward to now: they’re still rocking their store, but they’ve decided it’s time to take things online. They’re excited to share their unique finds with everyone, and they can’t wait to connect with you all. The adventure is just getting started!

New Items Weekly

We get new items weekly in store as well as online! Some items such as refrigerators we cannot ship so they are not listed online -as well as items that we choose to only sell in our retail stores.

Hey there, fabulous shopper! Welcome to Discount Emporium, where shopping is always a unique experience. We want your experience to be as smooth as butter, so let's chat about our return policy:

1. **No Sweat Returns:**
We totally get it – sometimes things just don't work out. While we don't typically do returns for changes of heart (we know, it's hard to resist our awesome stuff), we've got your back in a couple of situations:

2. **Returnable Situations:**
- Oopsies Happen: While almost all items in our store are unused and in new condition, there may occasionally be an item sold that has a defect. In this case, we're happy to accept returns for defective items as long as it's returned to our store in the same condition as sold. Changing your mind or purposely "defecting" the item.. won't make it past our grizzly security guards so please don't try it folks.


- Picture Perfect: If what you ordered doesn't quite match the snapshots online, we'll make it right. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal.If your item arrives looking more "uh-oh" than "oh yeah!", let us know. We'll happily swap it for a fresh one when possible or give you your money back. Said differently, if the photos we have online accidently left out the giant scratch in the back of your furniture, we'll make an exception and let you return, just bring it back to our store within 72 hours of delivery.​

3. **How to Make Magic Happen:**
Just give our lovely customer service team a shout within 7 days of getting your goodies. They'll guide you through the return process quicker than you can say "retail therapy."

4. **The Nitty-Gritty Details:**
- Keep it Tidy: Please return items in their original packaging with all the tags and doodads intact.
- No Wear and Tear: We can only accept returns for items that are still in tip-top shape, just like when you first laid eyes on them.

5. **Ching Ching - Refunds:**
- Once we've received and given the returned item a little once-over, we'll zip your refund right back to you via your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are like that annoying houseguest – they don't want to leave. So, unfortunately, they're non-refundable, except in cases of our slip-ups.

6. **Swap It Like It's Hot:**
- Fancy something else? We'll do our best to hook you up with a different item, depending on availability. If not, no worries – a refund it is!

7. **Final Sale Shenanigans:**
- Some items are like that last slice of pizza – once they're gone, they're gone for good. Keep an eye out for "Final Sale" tags as they're not returnable or exchangeable.

8. **Non-Refundable Fun Stuff:**
- Sorry, but certain things are as permanent as a tattoo – think gift cards, digital downloads, and anything personalized or customized.

9. **Keepin' It Fresh:**
We might spruce up this policy now and then, but don't worry – any changes will be as transparent as our return process.
