Eligibility Requirements:

2. Competitor Price: The lower price must be offered by a reputable retailer, including their online store or physical store, and must be for the same product with the same terms (including shipping costs and delivery conditions).
3. Available for Immediate Purchase: The competitor’s product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase, and the price must be publicly advertised or listed on the competitor’s website or store.
4. Retailer: The competitor’s listing must be from a similar type of retailer, not from third-party resellers, marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay), or auction listings.

How to Request a Price Match:

1. Online Purchases: If you find a lower price from a competitor, simply reach out to our customer service team via chat or email with the details of the competitor's price. Be sure to include a direct link to the lower price or a screenshot showing the product and price.
2. In-Store Purchases: Visit one of our physical locations and show proof of the competitor’s lower price, either on your phone or printed out. Our staff will assist you in processing the price match.

Price Match Adjustment:

Once your request is verified and approved, we will match the competitor’s price, plus offer an additional 10% off the difference. The final price will reflect the competitor’s price minus the 10% difference.

Exclusions:

Our Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:

• Clearance, liquidation, or going-out-of-business sales.
• Prices listed by third-party sellers, auction listings, or marketplace vendors (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
• Used, refurbished, or pre-owned items.
• Items with pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or limited-time offers (e.g., flash sales).
• Membership-based or subscription pricing (e.g., warehouse club pricing).
• Bundle deals or promotional offers that include multiple items.

Limitations:

• The Best Price Guarantee applies only to identical products and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
• The price match must be requested before completing your purchase. Once the transaction is finalized, no adjustments can be made.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time without notice.
